Man of the hour, well year, after dropping his amazing debut Montero that’s been on constant rotation at the Radio Clash Bunker, Lil Nas X covers Dolly Parton’s Jolene for BBC Radio 1’s Live Lounge.
He gives it a totally different spin as a man telling Jolene not to steal his man…wonder what Dolly thinks of this? I bet she’ll love it.
The comments reminded me of this excellent version with LIl Nas X’s friend Miley Cyrus and Dolly….Miley is no stranger to covering this song either.
