It seems like Elvis Costello works best in times of crisis or war, and his ‘No Flag’ is very angry and timely. Love the 80’s video in ultra-modern Instagram square format, 2020’s via 80’s cold war alienation.

As said by others including Mr B, on his new album, us Gen X have this whole thing down….we grew up in times like these. Maybe less extreme, but in some ways more so. And Gen-X icons such as Declan McManus aka Elvis Costello seem to be also on-point also, knowing these themes and times only too well..
