RC 364: Ukraine In the Membrane

When the ship goes down, you’d better have an humanitarian corridor – mashups, Ukraine drag queens and current events looking large over everything, indie rock and Britpop, swing metal, latin, disco, ambient, neo-classical, Japanese punk and computer game exotica, modern rave, and bid a drum and bass farewell to MC Skibadee and err, swing n’ bass versions of Blur .

All tunes for the end of the world….or whatever is the nearest at the moment (Ukraine coming to a country near you!).

The last of the streaming ‘Towelcasts’ given I had to re-record ALL of the entire 2 1/2 hour mix due to the technical issues mentioned in the stream – they actually were in the recording as well. Hence why this is very late being released – nearly two weeks after recording. in fact! Never ever again.

Trying for a mix of 50% mashups and 50% non-mashups – harder to try and make a cohesive whole with that, I think this works, but I’ve heard it far too many times to really know anymore.

Weirdly given the Ukraine pun title, there is no Cypress Hill!
