What did I say about punk revivals a year or so ago? Seems to be slowly coming true - the aforementioned Vylan, Slowthai, IDLES, Clockworks, Sleaford, LOUD Women, Dream Nails and many many others I probably don't know yet. But as I've said before not in the form the Mojo bores wanted...mixing in hiphop and other genres and I am totally here for that! And of all places heard about PENGSHUi via the NME - whose current cover stars are bleeding Swedish House Mafia, and anyone listening to the latest podcast would know how much I love SHM. Or how to be accurate, how little. SHM? More FHM/H&M, whereas punkier heavier takes on Sleaford Mods with more beardage and better bops?
