What I called jockstep previously is really called brostep in the wider world – that screechy mid-range dubstep (dubstep was never about the mids, ever….apart from the odd snare crash it was always about the sub bass) that Skrillex is pushing…and funnily enough, Rusko the inventor of this style is disowning it already.
