On Saturday I was part of oki and pom's live Twitch acid night, and did a set of acid classics new and old on my Twitch channel and FB/Periscope*, proto-acid and tracks that were played in acid raves but don't have a 303 (yes acid house didn't necessarily have a 303 at the beginning there weren't enough 'acid trax'). From Soft Cell to Shut Up And Dance, Adonis to Acidulant, Bawrut to Baby Ford, LFO to Luke Vibert, Tyree to Type-303, Brass to Bassline, it's an eclectic acid mix! I put in some SOPHIE as a tribute as well. and put in a few of my own original acid trax and a mashup - you can hear, download or buy tracks from Reality Engine and fingertrouble from my Bandcamp. Due to issues with the stream I redid the first 45 minutes, as the recording and stream was glitching all over the place - annoying because I think the mix was really good in places despite struggling with Traktor under the CPU load….but the rest of it is the live mix, slightly polished with levels and the odd minor edit. Amazed the mix happened at all - that morning I discovered a weird bump below my elbow and had to visit the hospital that afternoon - turns out it is Olecranon bursitis, aka Baker's Elbow. So I decided to name the mix after it! Not going to podcast this from this site, I have had enough legal aggro recently as is and I didn't check for tracks from the Evil Corporation as it's a live mix - but you can download it here off Mediafire.
