You can take yer Beatles, I’ll always remember George Martin (and Maddalena Fagandini) as Ray Cathode! Telstar (the satellite not the Joe Meek song or the label) meets Take Five in Waltz in Time. Also the producer of Ludo by Ivor Cutler Trio, and he wasn’t half bad with his own compositions too:
