I had an enforced break away not just from mashups but any music (listening/making mashups/podcasting etc) – cos my right ear blocked for around 11 days, and it was too weird to listen to a lot of music. But it’s cleared a lot so I can hear stereo again! Yay! And celebrating with this great mashup by ToTom – Gayle vs Smashing Pumpkins.
Well I thought it was great as it was already on the podcast pile, and now double checked and it is great (srsly you cannot trust one ear as I’ve found).. And now with a new video – both videos being mock-vintage road movies, totally on point. And no, still not sick of ABCDEFU (yet). and 1978 song is one of my faves.. It is also available over at his Sowndhaus..
It’s already Top Ten at Bootie, and deserves to go viral.
