Favourite albums / tracks of 2015

Ian Fondue asked me to post my favourite albums/songs of 2015. Not necessarily released in 2015, this year I tended to listen to older releases, Pitchfork and Stereogum are mostly confusing to me, the first year it’s mostly a bunch of names I have no idea who they are!

It’s a long list, partly because I included tracks, and included ones I remember playing quite a lot and scored more than 3x 5-stars in my iTunes. I do listen to a LOT of music though…

Certainly a lot of rare French and Bollywood disco, afrosynth, library music etc. which you’ll hear in future mixes. But as you might see I listen to ANYTHING, going from Arvo Paart to Patrick Cowley to Eddie Hooper to Slaves to AFX to Missy E to Dead Man’s Chest and Asha Puthli – that’s how I roll ;-)|

P.S. I never saw the video for Disappointed – shot in Vauxhall, where I’ll be heading to shortly for Xmas Duckie! Dimly recognise one of the bears, don’t know him. Funny how I think they tricked out the gym to look like a sauna but that’s not Chariots…
