35 years ago, Ian Curtis the lead Joy Division singer took his life. Such a shame.

Notice the New Order Facebook posted Love Will Tear Us Apart, but Atmosphere has a resonance, being the record that John Peel played after announcing his death on-air, the video. I was too young to hear him play (although they were recording a few miles from where I grew up) but I have heard the remaining members of Joy Division play this and everyone sing along, fists aloft, you could feel Ian in the room.
