Can Cupid be in love?

On Facebook over the weekend there was ranting about intrusive crappy ads, you know the sort, like on 4oD (or other streaming services) which endlessly repeat the same three terrible ads but won’t let you block them but force you to watch them like some passive-aggressive version of Clockwork Orange.

But if all ads were like this wonderful Valentines one for Spanish chain El Corte Inglés, there’d be no problems? Longer films have struggled to express what this does wonderfully in four minutes.
