Flexing / Bone-breaking in New York

With new forms of music and new decade you get new forms of dance – a new one I just found out about via Boing Boing is flexing aka bone-breaking a street dance from New York. Really dig the moves – especially the King Bones & DJ Aaron (?) duets. Certainly these videos with NextLevel Squad in gas masks also for me echo the state of play with tear gas and riots ago-go across the world (reminding me of Cairo where gas masks are the latest fashion accessory) a slightly scary but also timely image.

Anyway it’s far better than the usual dubstep headnod! Love the music from B’ZWAX too – tagged on the bandcamp as hiphop but I’d say there’s some dubstep or dub influences in there too, or is that just me?
